Since founding, BRIGHT SHOW has adopted Lean Manufacturing and zero-defect process control, splitting hat production into refined procedures to satisfy international quality criteria for every detail. We brought premium sewing, ironing & cap-forming techniques into domestic China. Backed by our core team’s 50-year craft experience, we solved the industry’s long-standing issues of loose stitching and easy deformation back in 1996 and set new structural benchmarks for premium headwear. We built an integrated R&D-production-delivery system, cutting out middlemen to serve global buyers directly. This optimized OEM framework enables us to support more than 2000 worldwide clients, acting as a reliable long-term supply partner for iconic brands including Nike and Adidas.
